Return Policy

UPENS return policies allow you to change your mind and return the purchased item for any reason within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the delivery date.

UPENS Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights

The customer can choose whether to request a full refund or a voucher for the same amount as the expense incurred.

The return procedure can be started directly from the customer's personal area, the refund or purchase voucher will be issued once the product has been checked by our internal staff, verifying that both the product and the packaging have not suffered damage, that the product has not been used and that there are no irregularities in the contents of the package (e.g. missing accessories).
